Who We Invest In

We invest EXCLUSIVELY in pre-seed, seed, and bridge round startups that are B2B solutions in the commercial real estate space. That means that if you are later-stage or if you sell to realtors or homeowners, we are NOT going to be a good fit for you.

We do NOT lead rounds, but we almost always provide strategic relationships, introductions, resources, and other benefits to a startup. So, we are most effective when you have a lead or majority investor who has set (or agreed to) the terms of your round.

We prefer SaaS and hardware startups, but will often consider tech-enabled service companies.

Why We Are Strategic

Our group is composed exclusively of PropTech professionals. That includes owners, operators, developers, tech execs, and other experts in the space. We are here to be helpful to our portfolio and skew results in our favor.

We are open to taking board observer seats to represent the various strategic partnerships in the group, but only on a select basis.

What That Typically Looks Like

Each deal is unique as angels have the ability to dictate their own level of interest. Having said that, most of our deals range from a couple hundred thousand dollars up to $1M. Right now, we are focused mostly on US-based companies, but as our membership grows internationally, we will be able to participate in more international deals.
