Who should be a member?
Membership is for PropTech executives, entrepreneurs, tech executives, and anyone else who is involved with commercial real estate technology on a near-daily basis.
Membership is subject to approval and can be revoked. You will be responsible for paying monthly dues and contributing to the group as an active member on our Slack channel, email threads, and bi-weekly calls.

What it costs
To support our research/admin costs and to weed out “aspirational” investors who would be less-responsive to our portfolio and members, we charge $200 per month for membership. Dues are set up through PayPal and you may cancel at any time.
We require a minimum of $10,000 invested per deal and all investors must meet the SEC definition of Accredited Investor.
We do NOT track how many investments each investor makes and never pressure an individual investor to invest in any given deal.
